HOW
TO ORDER YOUR CAKE
You can place
cake orders by;
1. Phone Orders
2. E-mail
3. Fax
4. Online
PHONE ORDERS - Place your cake order by calling 67410638(Hunting
Line) and
speaking with a sales representative. If you receive a recording,
please leave your name, cake request, address and a phone number so a sales
representative can confirm your order.
EMAIL - Place your cake order by emailing us at
info@deli-indo.com.
In your email, please include your name, shipping address, telephone
number, and expected date of cake arrival.
FAX - Place your cake order and faxing it to 68442926. Make sure to include your
name, shipping address, telephone number, and expected date of your
cake arrival.
ONLINE - Place your cake order by clicking on
'Products', then
click 'Add' on a specific cake title. This will take you to another screen
that will allow you to 'Add to Shopping Cart'. From there you can
either 'Continue Shopping', 'Register and Continue Checkout', or 'Sign
in and Continue Checkout'.
What happens after I place an order?
When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a "Thank You"
page. This is
confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. Your order is then
sent over a secure connection to www.deli-indo.com. If there are any problems
with your order, one of our staff will contact you by phone or email.
Can I change the delivery address?
We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not
been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. You must call us direct
at 67410638(Hunting Line) to change or update a delivery location.
Can I change the date of my scheduled delivery?
If your order has not been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered,
we will be happy to change its intended delivery date. To request a change to
your delivery date, please call us at 67410638(Hunting Line).
Can I cancel an order?
If your order has not already been delivered, or is not on its way to being
delivered, we can easily cancel it. To do so, please contact our customer
service department immediately at 67410638(Hunting Line). If your order has already been
sent out for delivery we will be unable to cancel it.
