Our company was established in 1998. We are owners of Deli Indo and Daribell brands. We supply to numerous Prominent Bakeries / Caterers / 5 Star Hotels / Supermarkets.

Do you have a store-front / physical outlet?

- No we do not, we are an online-retailer.
Do you accept walk in purchases?
- No, we are an online-retailer. Strictly no walk-ins.

How to place an order?

I am not able to checkout. 
- Minimum amount required for self pick up is $30. Minimum order for home delivery is $50. If those amount is not met, you will not be able to check out / complete your purchase.
In case you need to buy just 1 box of 600g Signature Lapis (less than $30) and require home delivery, we suggest to purchase from our our Shopee Mall Official Store or Redmart Daribell / Redmart Deli-Indo instead.


Products
Are your products Halal Certified?
- All our Kueh Lapis are Halal Certified, you may find the halal logo on the product packaging. Most of our products are Halal Certified, you may check with us at cs@deli-indo.com.sg.

Are you able to provide cake cutting services?
- No, we do not provide cake cutting services.

Can you provide more Kueh Lapis Box & Carrier Bags? (Signature Range Kueh Lapis)
- We provide 1 Box & Carrier Bag per Kueh Lapis purchased.


Shipping
What mode of logistics do we use
- Our trusted Lalamove / Qxpress drivers.

What is your delivery timings
- Our delivery window is 10am - 7pm Monday to Friday. Excluding weekends & Public Holidays.
We do not operate on weekends & PH.

How much is your delivery / re-delivery fee?
-$15 delivery fee, free for orders above $120 nett. Delivery only to 1 point with lift landing. Delivery location without lift landing will be subjected to additional charges.

Self Collection

Where are you located at
- We are located at 60 Kaki Bukit Place, #07-05, Singapore 415979. Lobby A or B. You may whatsapp us at +65 93251989 and we will bring your order down.

Order Related
How long is your order processing time?
- Our processing time is 2-3 Days.

My preferred pickup/delivery date is not available / Urgent order.
- You may check with us if we are able to fulfill your order.

Order Details Amendments
My order details is wrong
- During the festive period, any order detail amendments after 24 hours since order placement will be subjected to a $10 admin charge. You may contact us at cs@deli-indo.com.sg.

Return / Exchange
Change of mind is not allowed, we only accept returns/exchanges if the item is damaged / wrong item received.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, un-opened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellations
Orders paid with Credit Cards are subjected to 3.8% credit card processing fee.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cs@deli-indo.com.sg.
